If there’s something that makes a quantified self blog a quantified self blog, it would be data. Data build credibility of claims and open the gate of transparency to the prying eyes of sober readers. Posting your life data online lets the public interpret it on their own and empowers them to scrutinize your conclusions in your self-experimentations. It’s a great way to build trust and confidence with your readers. The only problem for quantified self blogs like mine is the fact that it can be extra expensive to collect these data using high-tech accurate quantified self tools.
